We were denied access to the terrace yesterday at lunchtime because we were in the category of "non-house guests". Anyone who treats potential guests like this will hopefully go under in the medium term. Recommendation: Avoid this hotel/restaurant at all costs. The owners don't want any guests!

Wir waren über das lange Novemberwochenende hier und hatten die Rieslingtage gebucht. Von Beginn an wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Wir waren in einem der älteren Zimmer untergebracht, es war tip top sauber und wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf die Mosel. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich! Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön gestaltet. Wir konnten uns mehr als gut erholen. Auch das Essen, Frühstück und Abendessen ließen keine Wünsche offen. Was noch besonders zu erwähnen ist, ist das tolle Personal und die Auszubildenden. Alle sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Abgerundet haben wir den Besuch noch mit dem Kauf des tollen Moselweins. Vielen Dank!

Unser Aufenthalt zwischen den Jahren war in diesem Hotel wirklich hervorragend. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon und direktem Blick auf die Mosel und die Weinberge war grandios. Insbesondere das Frühstücksbuffet und die Torten und Küchenauswahl war mega vielfältig und alles richtig lecker. Der Sauna und Wellnessbereich ist beeindruckend und dass man auch einen privaten Spabereich buchen kann ist richtig toll. Der Ruheraum in den gemütlichen Gewölbekeller macht das relaxen nach den Saunagängen zu einer tollen Auszeit. Aufgrund der Lage kann man sofort mit dem Wandern oder Spazierengehen loslegen. Eine Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür macht es unkompliziert möglich die Nachbarstädte auch ohne dem eigenen PKW zu erkunden. Die Chefin ist sehr freundlich und man merkt deutlich, das es ihr wichtig ist, dass alles perfekt für die Gäste gestaltet ist.

Schön war das. Gut besuchtes Hotel mit hervorragender Küche. Gute Wein-Auswahl. zu empfehlen ist die kleine Weinprobe...Das Frühstück lässt auch keine Wünsch offen. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Der Spa-Bereich ist außergewöhnlich und sehr gepflegt. Es gibt ein "Wohnzimmer" für Alle mit gut gefülltem Getränke-Kühlschrank.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Wochenende in dem liebevoll gestalteten Hotel Halfenstube verbracht. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter (innen), der tolle Spa Bereich mit einem außergewöhnlichen Aussenpool und das hervorragende Essen ( Frühstück/ Mittagsbuffet und Abendessen). Wir haben wieder gebucht.
