Just got back from a very quick stay here in Senigallia, firstly this lovely hotel is ideally placed on the sea front(lungomare) it has been refurbished and furnished to a very, very high standard and offers free parking which is difficult to find here (normally street parking 8 euro a day). The experience here from beginning to end has been 5 star(if I could put more I would) from the courtesy, kindness and professionalism of the staff from Lillian on reception, to the dark haired young lady who served us at breakfast, to the owners who are present on site and are hands on! is second to none, my wife and I had such a fantastic experience here I cannot praise them enough. If you are planning a visit to Senigallia I cannot recommend highly enough that you book here, we have stayed previously at other more expensive places nearby but they really are not in the same league as Hotel Cristallo in all honesty. Thank you to the Owners and all the staff we met during our stay, you really made a short break a very memorable one!! We will be back as soon as we possibly can!

Really friendly & helpful staff, very clean room, super close to the beach, great fitness center, and a stones throw away from the exciting historical center!!! When I come to Senigallia, I only stay at Hotel Cristallo ;-)

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and professionalism of this establishment. I booked at the last minute relying on the reviews I received online. I had asked for a thoroughly clean and comfortable room (I suffer from dust allergies) and SNP was satisfied to the letter. The hotel presents itself very well, renovated and well renovated with quality details but also practicality. Enviable position due to its proximity to the center and almost to the beach (50 meters from the shoreline). Top breakfast complete with everything and assisted by attentive and very kind staff. Given the mix of factors exposed so far, I will definitely return.

We stayed at this hotel for a week with our little Jack Russells and we had a really good time! The rooms are spacious and new as is the bathroom which has a huge shower! Our room had a small balcony with 2 chairs and a small clothesline where we relaxed when returning from the sea. The air conditioning works really well and, at minimum speed, it is also quiet enough to not disturb your sleep. Breakfast is international, with few but excellent cold cuts and fantastic cakes, the apple one being our favourite. Furthermore, to cheer up your stay, there is a really kind staff, smiling and ready to help with any request! We wanted to thank Liliana at the reception and the two brothers (whose names unfortunately we don't remember) who support her for always being kind, nice and for the chats exchanged and the advice received! We will return again, we had a great time and Senigallia is a splendid town!

We chose this hotel because we liked the idea of a room facing the Rotonda a Mare. But this hotel is not just the splendid view from the terrace, it is also rooms furnished with minimalist taste, very elegant, perfect soundproofing, equally perfect air conditioning, a large bathroom, excellent shower jet, and cleanliness at the height of a structure so beautiful. Very varied breakfast, with local products, consumed in a beautiful lounge overlooking the sea. Staff with truly top-of-the-range kindness and courtesy, smiling (and this is very important) and you can see that they like to make the customer feel good. When we return to these parts (and we will return, because Senigallia is an interesting place with many things to do), we will certainly return to this hotel.
