Front desk - 2 female staff are rude and impatient upon check-in and check-out.
Cannot enjoy the benefits/discount : Discount coupon for sauna and cosmetics shop cannot be used - only 1 sauna coupon for 3 guests but the shop needs to have 1 for each person. Cosmetics shop is not in the hotel or shopping mall.

The buffet breakfast provided various choices. It was nice and suitable for kids and adult. The hotel is located near the theme park and the shopping mall.

Enjoy the stay and a number of eateries within the Shinhwa World. Explore closer areas during the day and relax at night when back to the hotel. The theme park is small but still can and play some rides.
