Spacious and liveable space, in a quiet area which is good for relaxing away from the buzz and crowds. Must have a car otherwise it'll definitely be troublesome. GS25 nearby for convenience store needs/foods.
However, building is very old and has a restaurant downstairs (operated by hotel) - unfortunately that seems to cause the whole stairways/corridor to reek of old oil smells. And they don't allow you to open windows in room except for emergency. There's also no ventilation in the bathroom so it's constantly humid and moldy. There's also a electronic bidet, except it's not working.
Basically very very old and poorly maintained building. Decided not to use their Jettub too after looking at the overall cleanliness so no comments on that one.

I stayed at Oleo Resort for 20 days in Jeju Island. It was quiet and the view was good.
There is a restaurant on the first floor, so the smell of food is a bit of a drawback, but the Chinese lady was so kind that I had a good time.
The room was cozy and warm because it had individual heating.

The ocean view was great, the price was great, and the outside view from the bathtub and the sunrise and sunset were all great.
There is Olle Trail No. 7 nearby and the airport bus runs, so it is very quiet.

It's so cheap, I didn't expect to live in such a good hotel! The scenery is superb! And the kitchen! Auntie can speak Chinese! You need to ask the aunt at the front desk for the kitchen utensils! Perfect for someone like me who loves to cook! Lived for ten days! so comfortable~
