Made an accidental mistake in booking Vistacay worldcup instead of downtown Vistacay Cheonjiyeon. It takes 30 minutes by bus to get downtown.
Hotel check-in procedures were a hassle. This is the first hotel I've stayed in Korea that requires the hotel reception to make a photocopy of your passport (whatever for?)
Secondly, they make you sign a check-in form that requires a KOREAN phone number. Lucky I had one but I wonder if they'll still accept the foreigners who don't.
Definitely NOT foreigner friendly. I certainly would NOT book any Vistacay hotel in future.

The hotel service is very good and the room is very clean. There is a convenience store, emart supermarket, and bhc fried chicken downstairs. The location is also very good, very close to Seogwipo Bus Terminal. I will choose to stay here next time.
