It was very good, food amazing Service very good and the flowers and birds and butterflies wonderful I can surely recommend theese place The showers and bathroom is very comfortable, the laundry is really good The safari showed us the tigers, leopard and lots of beautiful birds

Rooms are spacious and outdoor shower is really nice. Good food and outdoor dining area is pleasant. Nice and quiet during nighttime. Refreshing swimmingpool and smiling staff. An altogether comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent resort for family stay .. super convenient location for al gates of Pench and excellent food ... The manager Mr. Nandan has been an excellent host and genuinely helpful ..ask anything and he gives you the right suggestions .would recommend the riverside suite view for anyone with family

POOR UTILITY'S IN ROOMS,NEED TO WORK ON SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY. Food is amazingly good. As it is located just beside village the experience is not as expected for a resort in a jungle.poor tiffin for safari,They don't even provide tea/coffee for safari!

It’s been a great stay here. The Rooms are very clean and spacious with Bath tubs and small sit out area. The Food is Delicious and the Restaurant staff is Superb. We stayed for 3 nights with almost 9 meals and no complaints at all. The Hospitality from the Gate keeper to the Restaurant is just Amazing. I have rarely seen this kind of hospitality in each and every staff of a Hotel. Even the Two cute Labradors in the Hotel have not barked at us and always been wagging tail around us . I recommend this Hotel to everyone coming to Pench.

There official website had not shown the option of food while option to add breakfast mentioned over there. Surprisingly for lunch and dinner I had to pay extra money around 800/- per person which is clearly not worth it. It should have been included in the package at least for those who book premium rooms. Other things like ambience is soothing and relaxing service is good too. I have stayed there twice not much difference between Premium and non premium specially if you are paying for food seperately.

I've stayed there at Tree House...Ambience,Environment are awesome amidst nature...Location is unique one just beside river...Clean & silent....I've felt that just I'm in forest with all facilities...Manager & Resort Staff are very much co-operative..Want to visit there specifically at Tree House again & again...
