在江南區核心位置，公共交通便利，就是離機場比較遠，樓下整個商業綜合體什麼都有。房間略小但豪華，很推薦情侶出行選擇。

酒店奢華，一樓燈賊好看，可惜當天趕時間，出門就是去機場的大巴車。雖然自己花錢升級了房型，但是感覺服務還不太行。沒有之前別的地方體驗感好。希望加強吧。

各種意義上都很完善的酒店，COEX地下四通八達，到機場大巴站也超近，且是直達仁川的非常快。房間大，佈局合理，早餐品種豐富。唯一的不足是早餐服務人員收盤子收得太快，可能桌上標識不明吧，以至於咖啡端上來還沒喝一口就被收走了，朋友的餐具也不見了。服務還有改進之處。

Love this hotel! Location is the best with the Hyundai store just 3 steps away, and the airport terminal just 2 mins walk away. The room is impeccable, not just clean but beautiful and luxurious! Lounge is also perfect for chilling with friends for high tea and evening drinks. Every hotel staff can speak English well, and their service is top notch! Highly recommended! Will book here again!

Not a safe hotel for female guests. On April 20th, a male staff member stood outside our door after midnight and intimidated us over a small in-room gathering with other hotel guests. His tone was aggressive, and we felt unsafe leaving the room. We expected professionalism and safety—neither were met.
