Hôtel les Mouettes

I am currently at the hotel, I spent 4 nights and I have 3 left. I have a studio with kitchen. I didn't manage to sleep well; there are trucks that leave an engine running all night. It's extremely noisy! At the reception they told me that they can't do anything; These are refrigerated trucks which must leave the engine running... I would have liked to have been informed before booking. In addition, the advertising found on Google is misleading: it shows a photo of the sea with hammocks, which makes one believe that the hotel is on the sea but the hotel is in the middle of town and far from the sea. The hotel has no charm, the decoration is tasteless, it's a motel at the price of a luxury hotel... The kitchen is reasonably well equipped but the lounge area is just ONE armchair, if there is two people have to take turns... Lunch is limited to a tray that we leave in our room with juice, a muffin, yogurt and cheese. Every day, the same thing... The dining room is closed with the Covid as an excuse but all the other restaurants have reopened the dining room. For the price we pay, I expected a more interesting lunch. The staff is welcoming but the fact remains that the value for money is really bad. I do not recommend this hotel.

Personnel sympathique et hôtel assez bien situé. L'hôtel n'a pas de climatisation et donc nous avons eu super chaud et la ventilisation naturelle était quasi inexistante. La chambre avec un tapis, mêlé à la chaleur, ça n'aide pas à bien respirer. Petit-déjeuner de base et plutôt ordinaire, disons que des oeufs durs seraient bienvenue pour avoir un peu quelque chose de soutenant. Nous sommes décus de notre séjour, par rapport au prix également. Dommage pour nous que c'était la dernière chambre disponible à Sept-Iles pour notre séjour.
