The Hotel Management first allowed us to use main swimming pool but on request of some guest attending haldi ceremony forced myself ***** with my family to get out of swimming pool in spite paying for every thing.

Don't go by the beautiful rooms and big size pool, we had horrendous experience.
Yes the property is very big and has amenities for both childs and adults like playground, playzone, pool, party etc but thats it. We have many complaints.
Rooms are spacious but there is clear lack of maintenance. Water leaking in bathroom. Worst part there is no hook or rack or any arrangement to keep the clothes in the bathroom. Don't know who was the architect. 😜
No dormitory rooms for drivers. They will give a stuffed godown for them without any window. You have to take a separate room (rate 2000/-).

There is interior work going on in night at 6 to 12 pm sounds loud of hammer feel uneasy
Second gyezar is not working properly when I call reception one House keeping staff tells it will work after sometime but finally not working and
when we check out time I ordered two cup tea it was very less suger tell reception to bring suger but it was too much delay response
overall very worst experience not wish visit there once again
