酒店設施有點陳舊，但是衞生和服務都很好，酒店環境很好，泳池中午可以看到大象。我們在塞倫蓋蒂出了車禍，雖然沒有入住，但是酒店還是派了司機和醫生來當地醫院接我們。非常感謝Mr Till Herbold 醫生的幫助，前台也非常熱情的幫我們安排的門票和司機的對接

酒店環境絕對好，設施服務也可以，餐飲選擇可以多些，前台greci 很好我們英語不好她很耐心，交通預訂部門不靠譜，我很早就預訂的交通，提前沒有主動聯繫，更沒有做好準備工作，等我聯繫了還要通過郵件電話多次溝通細節，累！提供的司機電話又錯誤，更離譜的是臨時推翻之前的價格，管理混亂自毀形象…

An amazing experience. We came for two nights and it was wow Warm, pleasant, very helpful staff. The desire to do the best and to be pleasant and comfortable is amazing. The rooms are very spacious. We took a suite with the pool, the water from it was warm even though it was cool outside. The food is varied and rich. Boma restaurant is great and unique. Highly recommend coming to the place.
