Much better than I expected. Bed was comfortable. Only bad abt the room is the toilet. If you attending the event here then it’s good. Overall satisfied.

Hotel Parking at level 1 so narrow but many parking lots. No dustbin inside bathroom and room no tissue box.

The hotel location is just next to the mall, the room is big but very dispointed, the floor many dust; the table very dirty and still have the sticky stains for both the bedhead table and coffee tableI have to clean myself, jus don't understand the basics things can't done; the towel plz see the pictures, the air-con control can't see the screen; the shower head only has very hot (like boiled water that cannot take shower, lucky friend in other room able to use their room to take shower; call reception always no answer; no mini fridge in room; asked for extra pillows cost RM3 per one; the 7-11 downstairs closed at night.
