Love this hotel environment. Peaceful, great location, excellent customer service. Hotel a bit outdated but overall the room is clean and spacious. Suitable for family. All amenities is complete✌🏻 fridge provided also function so well. Can freeze my ice pack👍🏻 All the staff is very helpful. Worth the stay!

The room and bathroom felt outdated and could benefit from some upgrades. However, the staff service was excellent — friendly and attentive throughout. The breakfast buffet offered great value for money with a good variety of options.
The lobby lounge was a pleasant spot to unwind, with a friendly and attentive staff and a nice selection of food items on the menu — perfect for an evening hangout with friends.
While the outdoor beach pool could have been cleaner, the artificial beach area was well maintained and enjoyable.
Overall, the resort is a good Koo choice for a budget-friendly getaway within the city!

I’ll go there because of anime convention, the location was pretty because of the mall and the lake. The service was on top! The food was okay but worth the price. Recommended hotel if you want to stay for an anime convention and have a relaxing beach day

Everythings ok except sea pool. its quit dirty and im doubt about the cleanlines.. so, im not allowed my kids to swim there… its depends, the rest is ok👌
