Hotel mainy occupied by the training groups and conferences. For the individuals, looking for peacefull place, not very recommended . The rooms rather small, modern decocorated and basic. The lack of atmospher and definitevly too low temperature both in rooms and in common areas. The buffet breakfast quite rich, but not sophisticated. However, the staff works well and is friendly for the guests.

The hotel is located on a lake and has its own access down to the lake. The lake and the hotel grounds are beautiful with lots of trees. Inside the hotel things are well maintained and there are lots of facilities such as a spa, bowling alley and disco. There are also some nice seatings areas outside. The hotel has other outdoor activities such as bikes, pedalos on the lake, and a high ropes course, but these are an extra cost and some were closed when we were there. The bedroom I stayed in was also very well maintained. It had two single beds (we saw a lot of people appeared to be sharing rooms with colleagues so I assume this is why the bedrooms are two singles). The bed was soft but overall comfortable. The bedroom was overall fairly well lit! There was an electricity point by ear bed and two under the desk. The bathroom was spacious however the shower had a rain head (light pressure) or a handheld shower head. Not ideal for washing your hair as there wasn’t enough power. I don’t hear anyone staying near me, corridors were quiet and I didn’t hear anything through the walls either. Food was average at best. Breakfast was varied. The chef did fried eggs or omelettes on request but this is only available on certain days. Lots of fresh fruit each day also although I did see lots of flies near the fruit one day, overall also looked very clean. Lunch and dinner via the buffet restaurant was largely the same each day and the hotel doesn’t manage large groups well. One of the days we were there we had been give tables for our group, however the tables ended up being in the middle of the queue for another extremely large group so we were surrounded by people standing behind us as we ate. If you’re here for a few days, definitely plan your meal times away from large groups. Also try the a la carte restaurant as there is more choice or eat a meal or two in Warsaw. Staff were generally polite although many had limited English so if you have a query you may find you need to approach the front desk or bar area.

It was not my first time in this hotel. However first time after pandemic time so I could compare situation before and after. You can feel that hotel is not fresh new. Still it is one of best hotels for conferences and company parties. Especially because of nice location. Breakfast was very good as well and parking as well.

Overall big disappointment. Hotel made smoking area at the entrance. With big conference groups it is occupied by tens of smokers. No chance to get to the hotel without breaking it. Lobby in effect also smells cigarettes. Rooms quite basic, absolutely inadequate to price paid. Very thin walls, badly designed - no space for shoes at entrance, mirror positioned in a such way that housekeeping that enters immediately can see the whole room. One of the worst breakfasts I had in long time. Poor choice and poor quality. The only theoretically better ingredient was salmon. It was not edible-extremely chewy, impossible to eat. Lunch and dinner edible, but nothing interesting. Disappointing taking into account normal restaurant Pan Tadeusz that offers good and interesting food. Overall place to avoid unless you have no choice as it is conference venue, like in my case.

I would like to highly recommend Narvil Hotel in Serock. We very much appreciate the reservation service which prepared a nice suprise in our room for wedding anniversary. Narvil is located in a beautiful place near the lake. We also recommend the modern rooms and variety of food. We stayed at the hotel on 12-15.08.2022 Marzena M.

I have been lucky enough to stay here twice with work. This hotel is stunning, the grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept. The hotel sits along aside the lake, which is quite something. The food is very good with plenty of options. My only criticism is the grumpy bar staff!

Do not stay here unless you plan to party until 3 o’clock at night. This place has amazing possibilities in terms of sports and leisure activities and is very clean. It is used by a lot of companies to have teambuilding events. These are great. The pitfall is, that if you go to sleep earlier, the parties of the companies continue at least until 3 o’clock. So I had a room right above the party room and was able to sing along half of the night. When asking for a new room, I was accommodated, but had to pick my old room entirely at 2:30 in order to move to a new one. I actually just wanted to go from one bedroom to another.
