Ótima opção de hospedagem. Localização excelente, no centro e pertinho de tudo. Hotel antigo mas muito bem cuidado, tudo limpinho, organizado e muito confortável. Bastante frequentado por idosos. Funcionários todos muito simpáticos e solícitos. Possui pensão completa, porém só tomamos café da manhã, super completo e com muitas opções deliciosas. Oferecem estacionamento, que fica próximo do hotel, e os funcionários levam e buscam seu carro a hora que precisar. Adoramos a experiência e com certeza numa próxima ida a Sera Negra voltaremos a nos hospedar.

Hotel muito charmoso, com destaque para os colaboradores que são muito educados e atenciosos. Instalações perfeitas e limpas. O hotel é lindo. A localização é excelente, perto de bares e restaurantes, lojas e principais atrações de Serra Negra. Oferecem o estacionamento como cortesia. Adorei!!!

o hotel é simples, confortável, limpo e familiar oferece café da manhã e dispõe de um restaurante para almoço e jantar com ótimo cardápio caseiro os preços são bem honestos e o atendimento é muito cortês só achei 2 pontos negativos: 1. o banheiro dispõe de secador de cabelos mas não são oferecidos xampu e touca plástica descartável para o banho 2. no inverno o hotel, que fica à sombra de um morro com muita vegetação, é um pouco frio; mas há muitas cobertas que compensam isso e a água do chuveiro é bem quente com a caldeira central
