Hotel bom, funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos, limpeza e restaurante muito bons. Cidade muito acolhedora, tranquila e com muitos comércios e serviços. No parte de lazer várias atividades e passeios. Passeio bom para todos, casais, famílias,etc.

Ótima localização. Hotel antigo, em boas condições, com estacionamento. O que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, muitíssimo fraco, poucas opções e nada saborosas, só o trivial. Entendo que uma diária no valor de R$ 600,00 é possível um café da manhã mais saboroso.

Ótimo hotel, excelente atendimento, super bem localizado no centro da cidade, próximo às lojas e demais passeios. Com música ao vivo no jantar e ainda conta com lazer e piscina em uma chácara própria que disponibilizam aos hóspedes. Recomendo :)

Situado no centro de Serra Negra, a uma quadra da praça principal e próximo a bares,restaurantes,lojas e também a réplica da Fontana di Trevi o Hotel Shelton tem todos os requisitos para uma estadia agradável na cidade. Café da manhã variado e de boa qualidade, atendimento excelente dos funcionários, quarto de bom tamanho e cama macia completam os atributos desse hotel.

Fomos em familia.. e logo que fomos embora já estavamos com vontade de voltar! Que hotel sensacional, limpo, organizado, aconchegante e localização perfeita, refeições excelentes! Nos encantamos com o atendimento, aceitam pet, quarto impecável e silencioso. Cama e chuveiro excelentes. Ar condicionado novinho, sem barulho algum. Um agradecimento especial aos garçons .. eram 4 . E as camareiras..Antes de irmos embora fomos nos despedir do Marcelo garçom. Pena que os outros estavam na cozinha, mas era para agradecer tanto carinho! Voltaremos com certeza pq amamos essa cidade e não trocaremos de hotel mais! Obrigada pessoal do Shelton! Lila, família e Tigão ❤️

Excelente hotel, com boa acomodação, bem pequena na verdade, mas confortável. O forte são as refeições, especialmente almoço e jantar. Funcionários muito atenciosos, tanto da recepção como do restaurante. Hotel super bem localizado. Peca por não ter piscina no local.

Ponto positivo: hotel bem localizado, dá pra fazer tudo a pé e o carro ficar no estacionamento do hotel,café da manhã é muito bom, funcionários atenciosos. Ponto negativo: o quarto standart é bem pequeno, ar condicionado bem antigo e faz muito barulho, o banheiro é minúsculo, o local para tomar banho mal dá pra lavar o pé.

Hotel muito bem localizado, no centro de Serra Negra, com fácil acesso ao comércio, restaurantes e à praça onde acontecem os principais eventos da cidade. Fácil acesso também à rodoviária, da onde sai o trenzinho turístico e ao teleférico. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Sobre o hotel, café da manhã e jantar muito bons, com atendimento pra lá de especial dos garçons. Os funcionários da recepção e da limpeza também nos atendem muito bem.
