Positive points: staff service, especially Paulo who was at the pool bar, very kind and attentive, the girls in the cafeteria and also the monitors. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with fresh, quality ingredients. Fair price for drinks that were charged separately. Huge and delicious pool, chlorine-free, which is very good. Negative points: I didn't just like the bed, it was a "standard" type, and because I'm tall, at 1.88, I missed having a Queen or King bed. They could serve soups at night, they didn't....the games room needs another pool table and to replace the foosball table which is bad. There's a waterfall with a beach inside the hotel, but you can't go in...a shame. We will definitely be back for the opening of the heated pool and also the new accommodations (chalets).

Super nice hotel, we loved it! We spent New Year's Eve as a family, 5 adults and 2 children. It was a very pleasant experience, at the back of the hotel there is a waterfall and the Rio do Peixe, so you can hear the sound of the water all day long, and it is very pleasant. The food is simple, but very tasty and homemade, we loved it. The recreation is very fun and attentive, my daughter loved it. It accepts dogs, so we were able to take our furry one with us. We will definitely be back.

Farm hotel with lots of trees, river and waterfall and lots of birds. Comfortable accommodation according to the photos. With full board and everything delicious. I spent Christmas with my family and they had a great dinner and the arrival of Santa Claus was a wonderful surprise. Everything prepared with care to please guests. Two things I didn't like: lots of chipped dishes and lots of dogs. The hotel accepts pets, but not all pets collect their waste and there is urine and dirt in some places... a shame. Apart from the barking in the rooms...

Very clean hotel, everything very well maintained, good food, simple but all very well done in a homemade way. We stayed in a room that was completely renovated, very beautiful. There is a waterfall inside the hotel where you can go very close to the lake. You can't go inside but it's a beautiful place to take photos. The only point that I think could be improved is for those who have pets. At the front of the restaurant there are 2 small tables. There were many families with pets and I couldn't stand everyone if they all went to eat at the same time. But otherwise, the cost-benefit of a weekend with full board is well worth it.
