In check in the attendant, he took the form of payment, I informed that he was paid and showed the voucher. I received the card from the apartment, I installed and when I went down to leave, I was addressed by the reception and a person from the administration asking for my card extract to prove I paid. I answered that the extract is a private document and that the voucher shows the status of “PAGO”, I even showed. It was not pleasant, it happened on the reception shop, in front of my wife and other guests, could have called me in the administration room that is behind the reception and explained the failure between Ibis and Trip.
