I am amazed at the current rating of the Galaxy Hotel, because it should have 5 stars without any exaggeration, as it has a perfect location in the heart of the city, it is very clean, but what really won us over is their hospitality and impeccable service. When we visited the city of Serres, we had not made a reservation and happened to pass by outside and I went in just to ask if there was any availability and the gentleman who was inside helped us with everything, and gave us all the necessary information about places and shops worth visiting, so we decided to make a reservation and on our way back from our walk, we were greeted by Fotini, who perfectly represents her name, ＜＜Fotini＞＞, with a warm smile and wonderful behavior, when I went down to ask if there was a mini market open (it was late at night) because I wanted water, she offered me water for free, after all, it is these small details and the good people that make a place beautiful and not the furniture and the walls! 5 stars from us because you deserve it!!! Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality!!!! ❤️
