Etwas Abseits vom Ballermann, Fußläufig aber gut zu erreichen. Ist sehr angenehm dadurch, dass es deutlich leiser ist.
Essen ist für den Preis sehr gut, auch extra eine vegane Theke war vorhanden.

Very comfortable beds in a nicely air-conditioned room. Can’t fault the hotel other than maybe a shortage of lifts, but with a bit of patience it was fine! The food was a great standard - lots of choice and well-presented. Tasty and lots of variety. The restaurant was very busy and a bit canteen-like at the busiest times but really not a problem. Lovely pool - more beds and shades would be good. We would definitely go again.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Staff, pool and food all fantastic. Only slight grip was limited animation and on our last day we had a late flight and could not get lunch. The reception staff explained it was because we were offered food at 4am when we arrived. I think this was a little naughty. All in all a great choice of accommodation.

Book it ! The friendliest staff. Rooms modern and clean. Food fantastic . Pool soo nice . Easy walk to the beach and bars . Bar very reasonably price . We were made to feel so welcome nothing too much trouble . Can’t wait to return again . Thank you all !

Great hotel in perfect location for beach and nightlife. Half board buffet style food was very good. Superb outdoor and indoor pool and use of facilities including gym at adjoining hotel. Clean rooms were larger than expected having stayed in resort a number of times previously. Helpful staff added to the enjoyment of our stay. Will be back.

The hotel was clean and fresh....... Food was average.... But that was the only good thing about it! From the outset we were dropped off at the bottom of the road, not having a clue where we were going, as coaches can rarely access the hotel on the narrow road - be prepared to drag yourself uphill with your luggage! Predominantly German or Dutch guests, the staff spoke very poor English and didn't understand half of our questions! The receptionist gentleman was very abrupt and rude, not helpful at all. We weren't told about any of the available amenities, no information in the rooms either which wasn't good!! The pool looked like it had an oil slick over for 3 days and was too cold to swim in, we weren't told where the indoor pool was. The rooms were small, but the balcony was even smaller, not good if you are afraid of heights as they were glass fronted! The fuse box which buzzed all night was loud and the aircon which switched itself on and off regularly also kept you awake. The pool bar served a small selection of drinks, but most had to be sent down from the main bar, you couldn't pay for them, it was added to your room tab, which annoyed people. The holiday stated you could watch the chef cook your food, but only if you ate what they were cooking at the time!! This hotel lacked the 4 star rating it had been given, we have stayed in better 3 star hotels, my advise to English traveller - there are better places to stay so find somewhere else!!

The rooms were very clean, staff were very friendly, food and service was excellent. The pool area had a bar and played music. The bar staff were friendly. The beach was about 500 metres walk from the hotel. Would love to visit again.

In general very good quality and excellent service. Hote is situated in a quiet location near to the beach, shops, bars and bus stops. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful all the time. Excellent food, cakes and fruits.
