I am very dissatisfied with my stay at your hotel. its quality does not match the three stars at all and does not match what is in the description and photos. two sleepless nights because you can hear everything that is happening inside and outside. you can hear the elevator, every door movement, every conversation. there was an unpleasant, stale smell in the room, and the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke from the ventilation. the towels also had a bad smell. in the bathroom there were single bugs crawling on the floor and there were black traces of fungus around the shower. balcony doors that could barely be closed.

This feels more like an overpriced hostel than a hotel. The rooms are very drab, though they are clean. We had the good fortune of being situated next to the elevator motor which literally kept us up all night. Also lots of rowdy guest flooding the hallways with noise into the early hours of the morning. Located close enough to the airport but will not be staying here again.

The hotel is a bit away from the beach promenade, so very quiet in the evening and at night. Nevertheless, you can reach the beach, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes. Rooms are small, simple and clean.

Cuidado com as fotos que veem na net, estas são tiradas do hotel do mesmo grupo(planet one) que fica situado a 100m do PlanetBlue. Estive aqui alojado 1 noite, e foi muito, cheguei á recepção e neme pareceu muito mau, tambem é um 3*** mas quando subi aos quartos e abri a porta, um cheiro a esgoto que não dava para disfarçar, as camas parece da tropa, rijas que dói, fronhas de almofadas rotas, limpeza deixa a desejar, estupidamente caro para a qualidade que tem. Check out é às 10h da manha, mas tambem acreditem não vao querer lá estar nem mais 30 minutos... Insonorização não existe, ouve se tudo dos vizinhos do lado, de cima, de baixo até se ouve o ressonar deles, ou então fui eu que tive azar e o inglês ressonava alto, mas não... Na praia dorme se melhor, e mais barato.

Las almohadas (la almohada) muy finita. No hay heladera en el cuarto. Bastante de mala calidad la habitación en si. Que no haya heladera lo hace 2 estrellas. Zona normal en Mallorca, muchos boliches y vida nocturna. La chica del mostrados muy amable.
