An ideal base for exploring this stunning part of England, by foot, bike, car or train. Perfectly situated for the Yorkshire 3 Peaks and the Way of the Roses cycle route. The property is available to those who are 12 years and older due to the twin attic room having low ceilings and a beam to step over. Guests have access to the whole house. Please note, there are two steps immediately after entering the property, and the house is laid out over 3 floors. Please note the twin bedroom has a beam to step over and low ceilings. Therefore this property is not available to under 12's. To our guests, you are welcome here.
