Very kind service. Receptionist was very kind and helped me to change for a larger bed Good room.

After making a reservation for a room with a double bed, through this platform, I arrived at the hotel and was received in a room with two single beds. After a brief conversation with the employee, it was explained to me that this would have been the information passed through the reservation platform. As the hotel did not have double rooms available for the night in question, I ended up spending the night in this same room. I feel a lack of confidence in booking again through this medium, as it was the first time that this has happened to me as well as my first experience through this platform.

The room was very new and the bathroom was in excellent condition, but I did notice that there were no plug sockets in the room, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was fine, although I've had better experiences elsewhere. Expensive dinner. In general, I would recommend this accommodation for its good location and the quality of the room and bathroom.

A bit out of the way, however what lacks in location it makes up for everything else. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is awesome, room is clean and comfy. Will come back.

It's an Ibis! The room was well maintained, and the swimming pool was a good way to relax. The pool has deeper options as well, perfect was a long swimming session.
