Been to Rawley a few times over the years .Stayed two nights Thurs -Saturday this time . Celebrating our Anniversary . Beautiful view from our room . . Changing leaves and sunsets over the water . On arrival, we received a nice little plate with truffles and an Anniversary card . My visit to the spa was very good . Molly was so professional and knowledgeable left feeling good , enjoyed all the services . The grounds around the resort are very well looked after, kept manicured and seasonal accents are so beautiful Our dinner on Friday was fantastic .Service was provided by Danielle , she was excellent very attentive , on the ball , friendly , personable and witty . She is great at her job She made us feel so comfortable. Breakfast Friday morning was a disappointment. Server was nice . Water for tea wasn’t boiled , lukewarm . Eggs Benedict had barely any hollandaise sauce . Presentation was nice but quality wasn’t there We went for long walks and visited the coffee shop which is always nice and cozy .

Tbh I don’t know how this resort is so highly rated. We paid $500+ for The executive suite with a lake view and jet tub. The room and tub were ok, however my tv was maybe 22” in an old Armoire. While this is cool for the super 8.. I paid $500.. I can buy a tv 4x this size fro $500 .i get the niche aspect but can we try a bit harder? The paint is peeling off the building, the balcony had bare wood so my son got a splinter. Restaurant is pretty mid, $36 for sea bass that was maybe 2oz. Smallest fish I’ve ever seen on a plate.the pond was a puddle with some rocks around it and a hose pumping water in. It’s a nice resort but def not in top 20 status that they claim.

Held our company holiday event at Rawley. With our group of just under 50 we were able to take over the entire resort. Everyone loved their rooms, location must be beautiful in summer overlooking the locks. The staff was easy to work with, service excellent, food was great, and the bar and party rooms were perfect. You could tell the team really cares about giving a great experience. Highly recommend. 4 stars because some rooms do need updating, otherwise great!

Service is superb. This resort was unknown to us and we circled a map and it popped up. It’s on a corner marina which isn’t very large. The place has three buildings. One main one with rooms on the water but personally it liked the main house as the room is one main floor and doesn’t feel as dark. There is a spa, music by a piano player at cocktail time and a lovely restaurant. The grounds are nice. It’s a pretty little spot on Port Severn.

The accommodations are lovely, so fresh and clean, well appointed and spacious. Our deck off of our room overlooking the water was an added bonus. Staff are helpful and friendly. Dining room is beautiful and our food was delicious. The Grill right down the road is excellent and is also owned by Rawley.

Our stay at The Rawley Resort and Spa exceeded our expectations, which were high to begin with. The Severn Suite was spacious and very comfortable. The bedding was firm and provided an opportunity for an excellent sleep. The large bathroom was very bright and accommodated the two of us at the counters easily. The air conditioning unit was noisy but could be turned off at night and replaced by cool fresh air coming in the windows. Victoria greeted us at reception with a bright and cheerful smile and attitude. 2 minor issues were attended by maintenance immediately and expertly. My wife was extremely pleased with the Facial provided by Molly Pigeon. We had a relaxing and enjoyable Anniversary Weekend. I will comment on the Lighthouse45 Restaurant separately. We visited Rawley Resort to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary. First time stay and we were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our suite was great. Upon entry, we were greeted with soft music, lights on, and a cosy fee, warm feeling. Beds and couches were comfortable. We appreciated the large washroom with walk in shower. The kitchenette was well stocked and useful. We would note that if you use a CPAP machine, bring a long extension cord as available receptacles were not close to the beds. We had a very nice dinner in the Lighthouse 45 restaurant- great service, nice water view, and excellent entrees. The chef personally prepared a dairy free entree for one of our guests. We would come back and highly recommend Rawley Resort if in the Port Severn area.

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed here. The resort is a real Gem. The property is beautiful , the staff are extremely friendly and the restaurant is a Jewel in the Bay!. The food has really gone up 2 fold this year and I know the owners were really excited about what they Chef offered last year with the local food to table theme but the new Chef and his team have really kicked it up a notch. All of our meals deserve a 20 out of 10, so much flavour, great selection you won’t be disappointed. The service in the restaurant is also as great as the food. There is still lots of summer left so you still have time to enjoy. This year and last year we used this venue as a 2 night getaway after attending a play at Kings Warf and it is just around the corner (almost) from the Theatre. 1st class Theatre accompanied by a 1st class resort!!!!!!
