As a formal travel manager and responsible for procuring more than 1 million nights. I’m confident in my knowledge of hotels. This particular location has been open about eight months, and I can say that the first floor rooms are so well designed and modernized... . It was just excellent! I have two checklist items. I try to share on my reviews. First would I stay there again?Yes The real test will come to how they maintain it in years to come… usually, if it’s a franchise, the owners don’t maintain it as well as a corporate owned hotel.. My second silly criteria is the water pressure in the shower. I give this property an 8.5 out of 10 on the shower pressure meter😂

Good location if you don't want to stay in Pigeon Forge area dealing with traffic during peek season. The hotel room is clean and staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to Buc-ee's which used to be the largest in the country before the biggest on opened in Luling, TX.

Excellent service! The lady’s at starbucks Cora and Edna were amazing. Professional, friendly and our breakfast every morning was a great start to our day definitely made with love😍😍 can’t wait to come back!! Rooms were clean, we had views to the mountains! Overall excellent! We have sayid before at this hotel and never disappoints but this time the breakfast was the highlight!!
