Americana is your quintessential cabin in the woods. This cabin offers the privacy and romantic feel that make the Smoky Mountains such an incredible place to visit. This one-floor cabin is easily accessible from the paved driveway. The secluded property is surrounded by large mature trees and lush forest greenery. Spend your days enjoying the beautiful sights and peaceful sounds of nature and your evenings curled up in front of the stone fireplace. Close to Pigeon Forge Parkway! Americana is a secluded 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom log cabin tucked neatly into the woods. It is furnished with a King bed, ensuite bathroom and jetted jacuzzi tub. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room with HDTV and full cable service provided by Comcast. The cabin comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen including a refrigerator, microwave, electric range and dishwasher. All towels and linens are supplied and there is a washer and dryer available in the cabin. There is a wood burning stone fireplace (firewood not included) that can be enjoyed October 1st thru March 31st. You can spend your entire time in the cabin without the need to leave or simply use it as a quiet, relaxing space to recharge after a full day of exploring all the area has to offer! Kick back and relax in the comfortable chairs on the fully enclosed screened in porch or soothe your aching muscles in the hot tub. Grill your dinner on the provided propane grill or hop in the car for dinner at one of the many restaurants available just a short six mile drive away on the PF Parkway. Looking for more excitement? Both Pigeon Forge (6 miles) and Gatlinburg (14.5 miles) are full of shows, museums, scenery tours, go-cart tracks, zip lining adventures and so much more. Make sure to carve out some time in your trip to take a drive or hike through the Great Smoky Mountain National Forest! You will have the entire cabin and property to yourself. You will receive a personalized door lock code prior to your arrival on your reserved check-in day. The lock code will be changed after your check-out time so please ensure you have removed all of your personal belongings prior to check-out. Your “Welcome Email” will arrive approximately 24 hours prior to your check-in time and will include your door code, wifi information, a list of nearby restaurants and attractions, rules of the cabin and any other relevant information. Your “Goodbye Email” will arrive approximately 24 hours prior to your check-out time and will include any specific cleaning and check-out instructions and a genuine “Thank You” for your time spent with us. The fully-paved roads leading to Americana are steep in some locations. You should not have any trouble traveling them during the vast majority of the year but we cannot guarantee the roads will not accumulate ice or snow during adverse weather conditions. Please check the weather prior to your trip departure and plan accordingly. We will not offer refunds for weather related road conditions that are out of our control. *Please Note: There is a floodlight camera located on the property facing towards the parking area and front door. *We recommend purchasing Travelers Insurance to protect your vacation purchase. Low cost options can be found through a variety of providers. -A “starter kit” of paper goods and toiletries will be provided. You may need to purchase more for longer stays. -This cabin is located in the middle of the woods. There may be bugs/critters/wildlife associated with a forest environment. Rest assured that we strive to keep the inside of the cabin a bug-free zone. -You may see black bears! Remember they are wild animals and you should maintain a safe distance from them at all times. -No early check-in or late check-out times allowed. Our housecleaner runs on a tight schedule and needs an adequate amount of time to ensure the house is cleaned to our guests satisfaction. -No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/or other naturally or unnaturally occurring events that are beyond our control. -The hot tub will be cleaned and refilled after each guests use. We kindly ask that you do not use any oils or other additives in the hot tub. These cause issues with the heating element and pump. Any damage costs caused by oils or other additives during your stay will be your responsibility.
