Great location with stunning rooftop views. However, the check-in process was inconvenient—no one was at the reception, and we didn’t receive any prior emails about our room number. We were left waiting outside as our calls went unanswered.

The bathroom door wouldn't close and the automatic light would come on every time someone moved in bed.

Very central hostel, right in front of the Seville cathedral. It is clean, it has a small television, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean, although it must be said that the facilities are small, but it is good for one or two nights to explore the center of Seville.

The location of the hotel is incredible. The rooftop is facing the cathedral. It is really a pleasure to bring your own drinks to see the church and chat in the evening. There is delicious ham downstairs.
The facilities in the hotel are average.
Also, never book through trip! You will not receive emails with door and room passwords - if we hadn't been lucky enough to meet a member of staff that day, we would have been completely unable to enter

I called days before to let them know it was a couple's anniversary and since the website didn't let me choose a room, it could be overlooking the street and not the patio. In the reservation I also requested a double bed instead of two beds. The hostel was practically empty, only us on my floor. The girl on the phone told me that she wrote it down. They did not have that detail... a pity as it was a special reason. The room had two beds and views of a mini patio, having been available empty as requested. Upon arrival there is no one attending there. Everything through the teleporter who attends you from someone who knows where. They should have sent an access code to the entrance and the room by mail and they had not done so. I had to wait there for 15 minutes until they sent it. Rooftop views the best.

Excellent location in front of the cathedral, 5 minutes from Alcazar. Check-in online, 24-hour availability with intercom call or whatsapp. Cleanliness and silence in the room. I don't know what tò write more, but minimum are 200 letters

This hotel is a boutique in name only. Besides its excellent location just yards away from one entrance to the amazing Seville cathedral, this hotel failed all criteria for a boutique hotel: no personal service upon arrival, a very slow elevator, an inoperative air conditioning, TV not working, very uncomfortable beds, and noisy to name a few. Our arrival was marred by a very awkward and frustrating check-in process requiring communication of passwords sent to my email prior to arrival. However, this did not work since I did not have an internet connection prior to trying to enter the hotel. Even after positively identifying myself, we had to argue, plea and beg for 25 minutes before being allowed to get in. An extremely inauspicious start to our stay.
