When I was almost finishing breakfast on the first day, I discovered that when other guests came in, a waiter would ask them if they wanted coffee or tea. The waiter would also bring a menu to ask the guests if they wanted to order from the menu. It turns out that the breakfast in this hotel is divided into two parts: public dining area + a la carte menu. The dishes on the menu are included in the breakfast price. I have never even seen the menu, let alone ordered it. I even asked for coffee on my own initiative, and no one asked me what I wanted to drink. I then asked the waiter why I wasn't provided with the same service as other customers, and she said she didn't see me. Sister, I’ve been sitting alone in a restaurant for 30 minutes and you said you didn’t see me? I communicated with the hotel manager and asked for a refund for the breakfast, which was about 23 euros, because I was completely ignored and did not enjoy any services on the breakfast menu. She said that a refund was impossible and the best compensation for me was to have the waiter treat me the same as other guests at breakfast tomorrow. 🤷. I suggest that anyone with any conscience should not stay in this racist hotel and we should make all racial discrimination disappear from this earth. It is recommended that Ctrip cancel its cooperation with this hotel. If you don’t want to serve the Chinese, don’t make money from the Chinese.

It is worth recommending. The lounge area on the first floor offers free coffee and fruit. However, breakfast is not served if you are late by one minute.
