My family of 6 stayed 2 days in the Moose Cabin and it was amazing. Such a beautiful setting. The owners were super nice and helpful. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The covered porch was decorated so cute for fall. The laundry room was great. Location was close to a Safeway Grocery store and Seward. Also, close to Exit glacier. We were very pleased with our stay. If ever back in Alaska we would definitely stay there again.

The cabin was great, bigger than expected, we had plenty of room for 6 to eat together. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, the grounds were beautiful and well kept, we will be back soon!

Didnt like that coffee maker still had old filter and used coffee grounds present. It hadnt been cleaned.
Didnt like that all cooking utensils were present, except for the one we needed, the frying pan.
Didnt like that our understanding from advertisment, was a washer and dryer was available in rooms
We did like the appearence of cleanliness of room, albeit the coffee maker issue which questions this

Great stay, close to everything AK. Lots of amenities, fire rings, pond, porch swing, etc. Coffee was k-cups. Very comfortable.

After learning Seward’s riverfront hotels were mostly booked up by May, I found this cozy cabin about two miles from the Kenai tour boat docks, just off the road to Exit Glacier. (I called to book the cabin directly – I think I woke up the manager on a Sunday morning.) We checked into the Peterson cabin with a code provided via email, without ever seeing any staff during our one-night visit. The cabin was located in a circle of six or so cabins surrounding a landscaped pond complete with agarden gnome and a standing moose character. It had a kitchenette with stove, refrigerator and coffee maker; a ladder lead to a a loft and a second double bed, which we did not use. The space heater kept us plenty warm; we were all checked out by 8 a.m. and on our way for our Kenai Fjords cruise.

Loved this little cabin in the woods. We had the Eagles nest cable. Great for just me and my husband. Comfortable bed, very clean and the area around was great. Wonderful front porch- Wish we had more time to spend there.

Great stay!!
Clean cabin was comfortable bed. Kitchenette allowed us to make both evening meal and breakfast saving us the money of eating out. Being able to do laundry was an added bonus.
