Eden Bleu Hotel

The moment we reached the hotel we were greeted warmly by the concierge who helped us with our luggage and led us to the reception where we were welcomed with cold refreshing iced tea with a splash of fresh orange juice. Our room wasn’t ready yet. We arrived quite early by 7:30 am way before the normal check-in but Mr. Patrick at the reception did his best and managed to get us our room ready in less than 10mins. We are forever grateful. All the staff were helpful whenever we needed anything. The breakfast had a variety of meals to choose from and the food in the restaurant was also top notch! For sure I’ll be back next time.

All this hotel has its location and they think that is all you should expect, even for a stiff + $500 / night. From arrival/ check in where nobody is there, no refreshment or towel offered, slow reception staff, the first impression is that there is no management or concept of hospitality standard here: they just treat guests like cattle. As we arrived after previous online check-in from a 8 pm flight, there was no porter, check in was slow and tedious: as there was a special event in the main hall, the music and drunk attendants were swarming the lobby: our room was on the party side, we requested another room but were told that maybe they would try to get another room ready later ( !) , the music lasted till 11pm. The staff at the restaurant is as poorly trained and motivated, leaving dirty dishes on tables long after guests are gone, pool side is dirty with scattered towels and plates/glasses: when I asked the GM to contact me, I was told that he was not there over week-ends ! way to go to manage the place. Clearly, this is a tourist trap without any leadership or supervision/accountability. Flee that dump at all costs, there are many better alternatives only $15 taxi fare away...even if you have a sailing trip planned at the marina like we did :)

Great spot! Stunning arrangement! The service was absolutely fantastic! We opted for the set menu. The price was super reasonable, and the food was absolutely amazing! Typically, I'm not a fan of chicken, but this one was incredibly moist and delightfully tender. The serving of chicken was quite satisfying. They whipped up a fantastic birthday cake for my friend's celebration at the last minute, and we were absolutely thrilled. The birthday cake was absolutely amazing!

I stay here as a airline crew and decided to stay here for holiday with the family as well. Eden Blu experience was very welcoming. We got a upgrade to family room facing the water front. The rooms were spacious and perfect for family with kids. Breakfast is good. Choice of eggs, local yummy fruits and the rest of the spread will keep you full for the morning. Eden Blu has a nice view of the blue water, boats and yatch parked with a mountain behind, that is full of drama throughout the day. The changing island weather , low clouds, rain, sunshine wants you to keep your camera in action all the time. The hotel is connected to a Eden Mall, which has most of the things you will need. There is a SPAR super market to pick up things you may need for the holiday. Water, Alcohol, Snacks on the go and more. Just few steps more and you come to nice restaurants like Bravo and Broadwalk. No holiday experience is complete without good people. Reception : Again a warm welcome from everyone at reception , very easy and quick in getting you to your room and always there to assist you . Margarette, Micheal Marie all were fantastic. Everyone working at Eden Blu is friendly, warm and ready to help. Always smiling. Special Mention to Hansel at concierge : He is the man of the island. We went to him to organise trips and troubled him with repetitive questions. Always smiling and calm Hansel, helped us with getting a good deal on Local car rentals and booked our day trip to lle moynne island hopping tour. One stop to all your questions about things to do around. Julius works in the evening shift and helped with with other tours as well. We had a good interaction and experience with all of them

Nice and beautiful Hotel. I stay frequently in this Hotel and eqch time enjoy it. I would specially would like to highlight a colleague at reception Michael who is very professional and polite and a person who really cares about his guests. Thank you Michael !!

Hotel is located 10minutes away from the airport and very convenient to move around the island. The hospitality we received and attention to detail from the staff was outstanding and beyond. Special mention to: Philip ( our driver): very generous and shared information of the culture & took us to beautiful places. Such a wonderful person. Kufa (our waiter): delivered personalized service with a big smile 😊. Marie ( housekeeping) : she was phenomenal and energetic and full of happiness. From all the places I visited and stayed, she created joy with us among others. Can’t wait to go back
