The resort is right on the beach and the bunglows and villas are practically on the water!! The bunglows are good for 2 and villas for 4, there were a few children there but mostly adults. They have some kayaks and SUPs for use. The Hobie sailboat you have to rent. The rooms are good. The villas great. The Resturant food is good and they make a lot of yummy drinks. The View is the Best!!!!

This was our 5th visit to Cape Santa Maria. The resort location is stunningly beautiful and completely relaxing. When talking to other guests, there were no first-timers. Everyone had been there multiple times. Even the sailors anchoring in the bay keep coming back. We were there for 10 days and totally relaxed and decompressed from the hectic work-life at home.

The perfect place to relax. Huge beach with few people on it, like 10-15 at any one time. The villas are very nice condo with everything you need. Bungalows are just a typical beach cottage. Both are steps from the water.

Absolutely fantastic! Nearly-unbelievable pictures don't even do justice to the incredible blues and greens of the water! Cape Santa Maria Beach Resort has the silkiest, powdery sands and most amazing views, and the Resort is just fantastic!

Very few times in life do you happen upon a tranquil white sand beach with crystal blue waters that feels so peaceful and perfect but this place is the real deal. We have been going to this resort for almost 20 years. We have always had a wonderful time, beautiful weather and been treated liked family. I thank the founder, Bob Wight, for his vision and developing this area for my family and all the families that visit so that we could create truly priceless memories at the most perfect spot in the Bahamas. It truly is a crowdless, quiet, yet adventurous, pristine beach that you will never forget. You need to experience this resort one time to understand why there are so many returning guests and generations.

Cape Santa Maria is the best way to experience Long Island. The resort is clean and well maintained. There are very few villas on a huge property. It's impossible to get crowded or bored. The beach is just as beautiful as the pictures. The water is crystal clear and stays swimming pool calm. The people are what makes CSM different than other Bahamian islands. Everyone is glad you are there and do whatever is possible to make you stay perfect. Definitely email before your stay to reserve boating activities because there are only a few options that book up fast. The ecotour is fun for a short trip and the Sandy Cay tour is unforgettable.

I have already come back and will again and again. The second time I came here, after being gone for 3 nights, I felt I came home! Lovely staff, grounds, accommodations, food, drinks. And the beach is one of most gorgeous ever. Love the cabanas, too. Highest praise.
