Excellent hotel, lovely people running it! The hospitality is great and the food is perfect! The rooms are nice and clean and the prices are fair. The tear-gas is nicely situated on the harbor side. All in all I had a wonderful stay there! Thank you Giannis and Marita 👍🏼

The worst about all was the horrible smell that came out of the bathroom. The smell was so intense that despite having the bathroom door closed and the balcony door open, our room smelled really bad all night. There was hardly any water coming out of the shower. Tiny, dirty room with outdated furniture und very hard uncomfortable beds. The double room does not even have enough space for 2 medium sized suitcases. I am sure the owners are aware of it but still sell this room when everything else is booked out. Worst experience of our Crete holiday! Don’t go there, the photos in booking are far from reality!

What a fabulous situation at the harbour’s edge and at the end of a row of tavernas! The food was excellent, especially the grilled octopus served with fava and pickled samphire, and the Cretan spinach pies. The owner really takes pride in choosing good quality ingredients and in how it is cooked and presented.
