Our first night was horrible because it was located on the street side and on the 5th floor just below the restaurant, music and noise from chairs until 12:30 a.m. The next day we asked to change rooms, to make up for it we had a basket of fruit. Otherwise this hotel is magnificent! We will come back without problem.

This is a catastrophic hotel in terms of welcome and staff competence. There is not enough parking which forces me to leave my car on the sidewalk and consequently the bumper is broken. At the reception, I had to wait a long time in the waiting room for the receptionist to arrive to do the check-in. On floor number 3 the motion detector does not work, so you have to look for the room number with the telephone torch. It's very risky. At dinner time, poor organization of servers, I asked for a bottle of water and I had to fast for 30 minutes so that I could have a glass of water. The buffet is very limited with a large choice. the soup is very spicy and the other dishes tasteless. Finally, I went out to look for where I can eat. Really it's horrible.

We came as a family to eat. We all had very suitable summer outfits. Mr had a pair of new brand flip-flops. We were refused entry. On the other hand, for a hotel that claims to be "standing", having the security member smoking in front does not look very professional. So we returned to the “Borg Dhiafa” hotel that we know. It's a magnificent place, which at least lives up to its claims unlike the Palais Royal hotel, which does a lot for not much. Even with other shoes we won't go back!
