"It was a last minute stay as we had an emergency and need to find a place to stay nearby. The initial room we checked in had some issues with drainage clogging. We requested to change to another room and the hotel agreed and gave us a different room. However the new room also has drainage clogging issues though not as bad. Other than that, the location was conveniently close to everything and it had ample parking spaces. Just hope the housekeeping will remember to always clean the drains in the toilet before new guests check in to prevent clogging and overflowing."

"The cleanliness and amenities are tiptop 👍🏻 the house is new and so the furniture. The house is simple yet elegant. The toilets are clean and the water flow was great 👍🏻 3 bedroom with extra pillow and mattress was excellent! The park and pool at level 9 are superb! Just need to improve the instructions for check in, the house location, the parking, the wifi password and please add the instructions for check out process. The last stay, took me almost 2 hours just to check in and another 1 hours to check out. Both I figured out my self. Overall, very recommended and I will repeat the stay here 👍🏻"

Very responsive owner / admin via Whatsapp. Response to message quickly and giving clear instructions for check in & out.

✅ spacious (we have big luggages and still having ample space for walking around)

HHenryHotel facilities are good, location is superb as there is linked road connecting Central Mall, however the hotel car park is a disaster. You could get a parking slot near to the hotel lobby lift if you come in before noon, otherwise you would need to park somewhere near to the mall parking and walk 10mins in the car park to the hotel lobby lift. This is by far the worst hotel car park I have experienced in Malaysia.

Sy ada request complimentary deco or cake utk anniversary kami tapi agak kecewa pihak hotel tak take note. Before this kalau hotel lain bila request time book, pihak hotel buatkan. Overall ok hotel ni.

comfortable and well-appointed room, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
Not the least the ambiance, cozy rest areas, great view, great front office and house keeping staffs, not to mention fantastic food.
I am definitely coming back to the hotel in the near future, probably to do a full review with plenty of photos.

GGuest UserIt's an excellent property. The house is very clean and tidy. The amenities are good, and the beds are so comfortable. Almost everything is perfect, but except the bad pungent smell from the toilet is very annoying. The management of the building has to do something on the sewerage/septic tank.
Access to iCity shopping mall and games center is just minutes of walk. Parking space is good.

FFena44I love the vibes of this place! The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are wonderfully fluffy. If you’re staying in the club section, you have the option to enjoy breakfast either at the club or the resort, which is a nice touch. The furniture in the room is well-maintained, though there are a few visible stains on the floor.

KKHOR MUI KIMMy stay at the hotel was just nice. While it had free parking and was conveniently located near my meeting place, there were several issues. The water pressure was slow, and the glass in the bathroom was see-through, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a smoking smell coming from other rooms, which was unpleasant.

The double queen room on the 3rd floor is neat and orderly, there is a window mirror 🤩 but I didn't have time to clean myself, so I changed THREE rooms, king and single beds, because my sister stayed the night there and I asked the hotel management to arrange a change of room for my request and I got a triple room on the first floor G as soon as there is a vacancy👍😍. FACILITIES are provided by the hotel, bath soap/tissues/bath shower, 24-hour heating / iron and those who want to wash their clothes have to go down to the G floor below. The best thing is to use this application to compare the prices and I get the promotional price from the hotel and I redeem the voucher on the Trip.com application
