Self check in was smooth, the host gave instructions step-by-step on how to check in and collect the keys. It was a pleasant stay and I recommend staying here. They provide air fryer and microwave too. Walking distance to setia city convention centre and setia city mall.

The area is so beautiful.. it's really hard to get into this hotel.. it's not systematic and really annoying.. for those who want to bathe in the pool, make sure you bring a swimming suite, otherwise you won't be allowed to bathe. Owner did not write ready to bring swimming suite

Cheap and very nice place to stay.Near to mini mart,laundry and Nasi Kandar restaurant.
But try to improve the cleanliness of tha room,got small cockroaches under tha bed.Tq.

TTavrezI enjoy staying at Double Tree bit far from Kul city tend to be less busy. I have stayed here several times with park view room and enjoy the I city theme park and Central I City malll 100m away from the hotel. Blue mosque was visible from my room and most of thel pic is right next to the hotel within walking distance. I drove to Setia Mall 15min away from the hotel was a nice visit.
I city Mall has plenty eating options and shopping experience and I find sports direct here slightly cheaper than other outlets. I recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserCalm and serene place to stay. Large screen Tv with netflix (own account login) is a big plus for me. I had a good sleep as the mattress is not springy and noisy
Took me short time to check in. 5 minutes into the room the front desk employee called us asking about the condition of the room. When turning on the tv, i had a welcoming message with my name spelled out on the screen. Little deeds like the above makes me feel appreciated and this is my first ever experience in my 30 years of hotel living life.
Breakfast is superb. Tonnes of selections be it western or local delicacies. Waiter and waitress are very welcoming and attentive towards the guest needs.
Ample open and free parking spaces opposite the main lobby. It would good if the hotel could build a covered walking path from the parking lot the lobby to help guest from getting wet during rainy day.
Overall it was a pleasant stay.

However, the Hotel need to upgrade the service in term of registration; especially with this one guy who is not that friendly.
I checked in around 3:30pm .
First the hotel seems difficult to find my booking under my name but later it was resolved.
Then the Reception guy told me that the Room is not ready and I have to wait; and he said he will approached me once received feedback from Housekeeping.
I was waiting for 1/2 hour and still no one approached me.
Then I went back to front desk to ask for update. As that guy was occupied with other registration, i managed to talk to another guy who seems genuinely trying to assist me.
Then I can see this guy struggling to find a ready room ... as the one room that he said ready was snapped up by another guy at reception. ************* it was finally resolved after long wait at the lobby.
I'm not sure whether I received this kind of treatment because Ive booked via Trip.com and not directly with Hotel. But then I saw all my other friends who went to register with another reception guy, managed to get their room straight away, although they are also booking via other agents like *********** etc.

BBellahueyThis is my second visit, the receptionist this time were rather rude. He yawned while talking to me when I ask him about bed type. I was gutted by his attitude. Wasnโt expecting that because my first visit was very pleasant. This time round the receptionist are rather showing the vibe of โIโm too good to serve youโ. Itโs unpleasant. Although the room were quite new and it is in a rather quiet area. But for their services I encounter this time. Iโm taken aback. Breakfast were good. Room are clean and amenities are upon request, even hair dryer. There are plenty of books at the lobby to browse through, quite interesting.

GGuest UserMy stay at the hotel was just nice. While it had free parking and was conveniently located near my meeting place, there were several issues. The water pressure was slow, and the glass in the bathroom was see-through, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a smoking smell coming from other rooms, which was unpleasant.

The double queen room on the 3rd floor is neat and orderly, there is a window mirror ๐คฉ but I didn't have time to clean myself, so I changed THREE rooms, king and single beds, because my sister stayed the night there and I asked the hotel management to arrange a change of room for my request and I got a triple room on the first floor G as soon as there is a vacancy๐๐. FACILITIES are provided by the hotel, bath soap/tissues/bath shower, 24-hour heating / iron and those who want to wash their clothes have to go down to the G floor below. The best thing is to use this application to compare the prices and I get the promotional price from the hotel and I redeem the voucher on the Trip.com application
