Booked in here by mistake 😂 (i took a train to Shangdu, which is not the same place as Xanadu!! (Its about 4 hours away)… the hotel is gorgeous though; huge, modern rooms and a great breakfast too. Watched a midnight storm through the huge floor to ceiling windows. One of those high end gems you find in China because they have the money to build places such as this. I probably wont come back to Shangdu again (although it does break up the train journey from Hohhot to the real Xanadu) but if i do, its an obvious, top grade option. Lovely staff too, who helped me with my train bookings.

服務：前台小姐姐很熱情，保潔阿姨很客氣
衞生：比同等酒店都好
環境：在商都縣算最好
設施：設施還行，就是颳大風，漏風比較嚴重
住進去的時候都是好的，還熱乎乎的，到後半夜，五六點鐘，颳起了大風，直接被冷醒，不得不説，這窗户密封太差了，走的時候給前台説，窗子漏風好冷，他們對着我就笑，像是知道窗子會漏風，在商都縣零下快20度了，這要是不醒過來，不得凍成冰棍。太危險了

房間比較乾淨，床也舒適，服務熱情，尤其感謝保安張躍偉，孩子吃早餐把牙套放在桌子上忘記帶走了，在得知此情況後，他在垃圾桶裏認真翻找，最後幫孩子找到了牙套，他這種為客户着想的態度很讓我和孩子感動！

晚上10點入住的酒店，到房間還沒有五分鐘停電了，等了最起碼半小時才來電。來電以後告訴我今天晚上洗不了澡，而且出來的全部都是黑水！真噁心！！2025年4月21晚上前台那倆女的，擺出一副看不起人高傲的眼神，給房卡的時候往那一扔，你個垃圾貨！（我説的完全可以去調攝像頭去，如果沒有我承擔一切法律責任）垃圾中的垃圾，誰去誰下頭，隔音爛的一塌糊塗！

前台一般，冷個臉，安排房間具體啥樣心裏沒數嗎？窗户漏風，呼呼響。送了入住水果，床上疊個大象，衞生間有消毒濕巾和坐便墊紙，還有被評價為豐盛的簡陋的早飯，莫名其妙的酒店。
