房間很冷地暖根本不管用，還有一股魚腥味，千萬別定仙人柱！周圍也沒啥吃的，衹能吃餐廳，餐廳雖然價格高但是味道差啊！本來訂的loft滿懷期待，結果等了三個小時地暖也不熱，實在沒辦法了換了一個房，但不是同等房型是個親子房，我們兩個成年人床連腿都伸不直，這就算了，出來玩不敗心情，就説退個房間的差價吧，嘿這也不給退，行，挺好！

服務周到，我們晚上9點多到的，經理提前跟我們聯繫路上定餐，到了酒店就吃上了熱氣騰騰的內蒙特色美食，價格實惠特別好吃，院子很大有小童無動力樂園，動物園，各種特色住宿、特別適合小童

這家店位於一個超大的景區之內，一進入酒店接待中心就有小姐姐來迎接，服務態度真的超級好。房間內舒適度也很高，房間乾淨整潔，工作人員有求必應。每間房都有獨立衞浴，熱水出水也很快。我們訂的房間還自帶一個院子 ！真的真的超級無敵好看也很寬敞，性價比超高，很推薦大家來！而且酒店內對住宿客人提供免費早餐以及免費的遊樂園，還有一片河對岸的大牧場，看夕陽的絕佳地點。晚上可以去金石山看星空銀河！離火山也很近。美食也很好吃，真的一家待發現的寶藏酒店啊，大家快來吧！

屋子裡原生態到即使關燈了 蟲子也會時不時的帶着“禮物”來找你
早餐券寫的是七點開餐 七點十分到的時候 跟我們説先去溜溜吧一會多吃點
原因是為了迎合旅行社的時間 定為八點開餐
但是入住的時候並無人告知
如果是為了去金石山可以住在這裏 但是到金石山也並不算近 總歸求推薦來烏蘭察布住在哪裡合適

我們定的是480多的星空房 十分不滿意
衞生：滿屋蚊蟲。這個酒店建在村子裏但是蚊蟲比草原的蒙古包還多。主要是房屋密封的問題 不知道從哪裡來的蟲子
設施：沒有空調 沒有一次性洗漱用品 毛巾準備不足 除了一次性拖鞋以外和WiFi以外沒有啥東西了。
環境：差 周圍沒有景點 晚上沒有任何活動 點篝火得花錢。餐廳收費貴不説 還蒼蠅滿天飛。
服務：定客房前溝通過，入住當日告訴我們調整不了 沒有備品 無法加床 溝通困難。
沒想到來烏蘭察布的第一晚過得如此糟糕 還好整次旅行就這一件糟心事
針對服務和衞生問題已向當地消費者協和反饋。希望其他朋友不要選擇之家旅店
