The hygiene is really bad. The room smells too musty. Even the quilts and pillows on the bed smell. There are hair all over the floor. After staying here for a day and a night, I dare not boil water for drinking because there is a layer of powder inside the kettle. When the cabinet door is opened, the dust is 10 mm thick!

在上高住過好多家酒店了，這家最差。兩天都沒住完，半夜就把第二晚退了。
首先從當晚入住開始，六點多到的酒店，幫我們辦理入住的時候，前台就非常臭臉，跟她説話就愛搭不理的。
入住以後，房間一股黴味，床單被套睡着一股潮濕感。
房間裏空調完全沒有效果，開了一整個晚上，温度越來越高。提出要換房間，給我的回覆是所有房間都一樣，換了也沒有用。從沒見過這麼差的酒店了和服務人員了。

房間寬敞明亮，前台小盧，小李接待很熱情，我入住這個酒店2天，入住之前與前台小黃説好有可能早餐要打包，第一天我朋友來了吃早餐，第二天我幫他打包，早餐廳小潘也説可以，另外一個有點不高興説不可以打包，可是第一天我也看到有人打包，這點讓我心情很不好（就是最後圖片這個早餐廳女服務員）

很久沒回上高老家來看看，特意選了迎賓館，以前來記得還可以，結果這次非常失望，首先房間很老舊一股黴味，然後洗漱一開始沒水，滴滴答答一問説是在檢修，差點沒洗感冒，床很大但是睡上去嘎吱嘎吱響，然後前台也就一個人，門衞更是進來停車也沒問是不是住客，感覺是個免費停車場，外賣隨意進出，可以送到放門口，人員雜亂，早餐讓人覺得沒法入口，一樓沒有空調冷得要命吃早飯，衹有湯粉炒粉兩三個炒菜然後就是速凍包子饅頭紅薯山葯和小米粥大米粥，連牛奶都是奶粉兑了一大缸水，因為帶小孩感覺非常不方便也不衞生，除了價格很便宜以外沒有優點，果斷退房換去其他酒店。
