The room is simple and clean! It takes at least 30 minutes to get to the city center by taxi! Facilities: There is a public laundry room with a dryer! Prepare laundry detergent and disinfectant! Service: The front desk staff is very friendly and professional! Thanks to the beautiful Xiaodi, who works very efficiently and refreshingly, and Xiao Shen! And the cleaning lady Jiang Meixiang, who knows that I drink a lot of water, always gives me a few more bottles!

The hotel laundry room has complete facilities such as dryers and washing machines, which is very convenient. There is also a pick-up service from Pudong Airport, which is very convenient. The Dishui Lake is very beautiful and the surrounding environment is very good. The hotel facilities are very good.

Location is about 15 minutes away from The Bund, but if you are willing yo travel a bit by taxi or metro or bus, this is a good place to stay, as it is under Marriott, all the basic facilities are above standard. Self collection for tao bao and takeaway are available at the hotel too, breakfast selection is good, nothing much to complain

This was a very lovely stay. The rooms were spacious and well appointed and the breakfast was delightful and hearty. Staff were very courteous and polite and the cleaners did a very good job in keeping the rooms tidy. Only downside would be its location. Being a 10-12min walk from the nearest metro station and the lack of convenience stores around the hotel once the in-house Lawsons closes at 8pm. Do note that the toilets are open concept with the toilet fully exposed, suitable for individual travellers or couples.

I think the price/performance ratio is very good. There is construction going on outside but the sound insulation of the room is good. The hotel has a laundry room and a gym. The service attitude of the entire front desk and the housekeeping lady is very good. Xin Xin's service is impressive.
