Four Points by Sheraton Fengjing

Jinshan Fengjing Ancient Town area
· Let's talk about the good things first: - As a newly opened hotel in 2024, the hotel hardware and decoration aesthetics are very online. The front desk attitude was also quite hospitable when checking in, and a crib was arranged for the baby. - The room is quite large, cleaned very cleanly, and the bathroom facilities are also very comfortable. The comfort of the room is very good. - There are not many places to go shopping and eating within walking distance of the hotel, but it is quite close to Fengjing Ancient Town by car, so it is convenient to go shopping and eating. · Let's talk about two points of this poor experience: - The breakfast experience of the hotel can only be described as disappointing. Although the taste of the dishes eaten is good, I feel that the selection of ingredients is good, but—— 1) The breakfast time on weekends is until 10:30, but we arrived at the restaurant at 9:45 and told that the meal would be collected soon and asked us to eat as soon as possible. We were surprised and asked, isn't it 10:30 on weekends? The restaurant staff suddenly realized that today is the weekend. 2) When we entered the restaurant, there were many empty tables but none of them were cleared. After entering, the cold food, fruit and vegetable area and salad area were almost empty, there was only one juice left, and there were no glasses. The open counter area could not make fried eggs on one side, and the eggs could only be fried eggs or boiled eggs. One of the three coffee machines was out of work and one was out of milk. 3) But when we were eating until almost 10:20, we found that the cold food and salad were replenished again? ? ? · The package I bought gave me a ticket to the sea of flowers. Because of the ticket upgrade, the hotel made some mistakes in docking, which resulted in waiting at the door for more than 30 minutes before entering. Although many of them are internal coordination issues of the park on the sea of flowers, as a partner, since the service is provided, it should also ensure that there are clear instructions for the use of the services provided.
Four Points by Sheraton (Shanghai Pudong)

Pudong New International Expo Center/World Expo Area
Area is mostly Chinese locals, but hotel staff spoke enough English to check-in and out and amenities are suitable for Westerners. Hotel was basically empty on a Sunday when I went. It’s a minute away from a subway station and has a mall within 7 minutes walking distance. Hotel exterior is nice but little things show that it could use a renovation overall. Rooms are quite dated.

Zhoupu Kangqiao
Excellent location near the subway. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They even let me take away breakfast as I got up late and had a morning meeting. Rooms are clean and have all the amenities required for solo or business travel. Definitely recommend this hotel.
Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai Jiading

Jiading Xincheng
The hotel is relatively new, the room is very comfortable, the bedding, tables, chairs, and carpets are all very clean. We booked a twin room, which was not crowded for three people to sleep in. The whole wall was a floor-to-ceiling window, so we didn't feel cramped in the small room. But after staying for a few hours, I felt that the room was not warm enough, and then I found that a window was open. I called room service, and it was delivered in half an hour, which was very good. Dinner and breakfast were all buffets in the hotel. I have a suggestion that the drinks and some of the food were not labeled. It may be because there were fewer employees during the holidays, and the tableware was not replenished in time.
