Four Points properties in Shanghai

Let me point out a few issues. Firstly, the carpet wasn't clean. Secondly, the faucet at the sink was problematic; water splashed everywhere. Thirdly, it's the modern age, why are they still using bathtubs? They're inconvenient, impractical, and unsafe. Fourthly, the charged services are completely out of line with the hotel's brand. This is by far the worst Sheraton I've ever stayed at. The most frustrating thing was when I was out on business and couldn't make it back to the hotel by 2:00 PM. I called at 1:20 PM to see if I could get a late check-out. The female front desk agent just coldly said no, without asking why or trying to communicate, just a quick 'sorry' to brush me off. I will never stay here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

This is an older hotel, but the location is great with plenty of food and drink options nearby, and it's very close to Renji Hospital Eastern Campus. The room facilities are pretty standard. The underground parking is shared with the Sheraton next door, or you can find open spots around the Four Points on the surface.

The reservations department, specifically Sisi from the service center, was incredibly thoughtful. She helped me handle my parcel delivery, and even followed up today to ask if the recipient had received it. She deserves a thumbs up!

The room quality is decent, and the facilities are comprehensive, which is a big plus. The lighting is well-arranged. Rooms not facing the street are quiet. However, the hairdryer is old and lacks power. On the other hand, the gym on the B1 floor is quite good. It's well-equipped with a power rack, dumbbells, barbells, treadmills, bikes, foam rollers, and plyo boxes. You can cover both strength training and cardio effectively. The environment is relatively secluded and quiet, about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. They also provide shuttle services to and from Disneyland in the morning and evening.

This hotel is fantastic! It just opened in 2025, so all the facilities are brand new. The bathroom with its wet/dry separation is very convenient, and both the double bed and amenities are super comfortable! The hotel offers free shuttle services to Disneyland, the zoo, and Pudong Airport, which is incredibly convenient. It's also very close to Disneyland, and I heard they even offer free stroller rental, which would be a huge plus for families visiting Disneyland with kids! This time, I was in Shanghai for a business trip and only managed to squeeze in one day at Disneyland, so I checked in after my Disney visit. Next time I come to Disneyland, I'll definitely stay here for two consecutive nights!

The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the service deserves full marks. The front desk staff, especially a young man, was very enthusiastic and helped us take our luggage to the underground parking lot. The night before check-in, I called the front desk and a young lady helped arrange a bed rail for us, and it was all set up in the room by the time we checked in the next evening! The hotel breakfast is also incredibly rich. It has a swimming pool, a gym with very new equipment, and a kids' play area. This hotel offers the best value for money if you're visiting Legoland. Highly recommended!
