Location was in a mall so decent food nearby but a bit far from nanjing road/bund/pudong. They did not have an onsite laundry and only had overpriced laundry service. also did not have free snacks but had overpriced snacks. My biggest peeve was that the breakfast costs the same as the lunch but was significantly worse and there was no way to get a slightly discounted lunch in exchange for breakfast ticket.

This is an older hotel, but the location is great with plenty of food and drink options nearby, and it's very close to Renji Hospital Eastern Campus. The room facilities are pretty standard. The underground parking is shared with the Sheraton next door, or you can find open spots around the Four Points on the surface.
The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and they even provide bed rails for families traveling with children. The twin beds can be pushed together and are very comfortable, which is great for families with kids. Upon arrival, we received welcome fruits, and not just the usual apples and oranges, but cherries, yellow tomatoes, and grapes. It shows the hotel puts a lot of thought into their service.
The only downside was that during our two-night stay, the water pressure in the bathroom was very low (it was great on the 5th floor where I stayed previously, but this time I was on the 7th floor). I informed the front desk before heading out during the day, but the water pressure didn't improve. When I showered again in the evening, it was still an issue, and it wasn't convenient to go back to the front desk for maintenance at that point. I hope the hotel thoroughly checks the water pressure on the higher floors.
Overall, I'm still very satisfied, especially since we were going to Disneyland. The subway station is just a block away, and the hotel's underground parking lot was spacious with fast-charging stations, which was incredibly convenient!

An absolutely wonderful stay!
The front desk staff was so nice and proactively upgraded our room. The 'Little Milk Dragon' family room was charmingly decorated.
The room was spacious, and the facilities were modern and minimalist, with everything easy to use.
During our stay, the service was attentive and prompt, and the staff's smiles were genuinely warm.
When we come to Disneyland again, we'll definitely choose this hotel.
The reservations department, specifically Sisi from the service center, was incredibly thoughtful. She helped me handle my parcel delivery, and even followed up today to ask if the recipient had received it. She deserves a thumbs up!
Booked a King Room but got upgraded to a Lake View Room, which was fantastic! The environment is lovely and quiet, and the room itself is quite spacious. It's super convenient for visiting nearby Legoland and Fengjing Ancient Town. Breakfast was pretty extensive, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. On rainy days, the hotel even offers pixel art activities for children, which was a nice touch. We'd definitely come back again! 🌹
