Cleanliness always perfect, 3 nights with no worry even my room at the end of 6th floor. Location is good if you travel by bus because it require to take a bus to reach metro but nearby had many local restaurants with 1 local groceries shop and 1 family mart. 4 washing machine and 4 dryer that enough to clean your cloths and it free with detergent included. The room details and designs is very nice I love it, I remembered their logo and make me in brand loyalty already. I feel no worry when staying at hanting hotel. Some room at the end of hallway will have small stair step that weired for me. I did not try breakfast but I look into it, it seem ok.

Facilities: Looks OK, old, but almost usable. There is a charging plug at the head of my bed, which is not very chargeable. The TV is big, but it can't be on demand, and the remote control sensitivity is not good. Although it is not high-definition, it is still OK to watch TV. Hygiene: Good. Environment: The room has a slight smell, it is quite clean, and the environment outside is also OK, a little noisy Service: Very good, on the first night, they were very friendly, helped me upgrade the room, and helped me arrange a room close to the elevator. The TV plug in my room was in the cabinet that was difficult to open, and it was not plugged in, so I couldn't turn on the TV. It was early in the morning, but someone came up to help me watch it. One day I was late for breakfast, but he gave me yogurt and bread. I think the service here is still OK, and their lighting may be because of the previous decoration, it is not as dazzling as other hotels. It is a light strip, a small lamp at the head of the bed, and a hanging lamp, which is very soft. The tiles in the bathroom are white, and it feels bright and clean. I had two free breakfasts, so I give a good review.

The room is very hygienic and the bathroom is basically spotless, which I am very satisfied with. The service attitude of the sister and the uncle at the front desk was very good. There was a small problem with the room and they helped to deal with it after reporting it. Breakfast was also good. The overall experience is very satisfying. At around 11 o'clock on the first night of my stay, I saw the kitten everyone mentioned in the comment section squatting next to the gate.

The room is clean, hygienic and tidy. Hanting Hotel is as always, especially the service of the lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, very good. I forgot to take pictures because I checked in at night.
