The service staff was very enthusiastic. The takeaway we ordered was promptly delivered to the upstairs by a robot. We added a quilt and it was delivered quickly. There were also slippers and toothbrushes for children. The TV was large and clear, and the remote control was easy to use. There were 4 bottles of free drinking water, while most hotels only give 2 bottles. Although there was a road outside the window, there were 2 layers of glass, so it was very quiet after closing the window. There was also a breakfast shop nearby, which was very convenient. location is good if you want to be in pudong or lujiazui. Room was great and sufficient for a one night stay. However there was a weird smell - the staff did say during check in that due to construction there may be smells. There are shopping malls across the street either access to lots of restaurants and metro lines
