Nice hotel. I booked a room with a window but they put me in a room with a blocked one that smelled very humid. When I asked to change room they got me a different and very nice room. It was small but very nice . Breakfast is on the other side of the street and also nice.

very beautiful room, modern and quiet.. proximity to airport also fine (just take a cab to get there), overall my experience in this hotel was very good, can recommend

We had a great stay at Home Business Travel Inn 🏡 🛏👌 📍The general location to the Yu yuan Garden metro station, The Bund and Nanjing Road is a 5-10min walk, which is excellent! However the hotel is in an alley, which can be a bit challenging to find and second guessing yourself before you reach the hotel. Though once reached it's a pleasant surprise. 🛌🧖♀️The room provides value for the cost. We had a good bed, tv, kettle & tea pot, shower amenities, hairdryer with complimentary water & tea. Without breaking the bank 💰. 👩💼🛎The staff is very friendly and quick to assist with any needs that you might have.

Hotel is clean, quite bear to city center and attractions. Service is very good - i had trouble navigating with Chinese payment systems and the front desk staff is very helpful to help me solve it (the extra mile they go through, appreciate it so much!)

The location of the hotel is nice and comfortable. The rooms are a little bit small, but at the same time clean, neat and tidy. The stuff is helpful although they don’t speak English.

The room is like a half basement, on the first floor, and the whole thing is like a hotel. There is a gas station next to it, but this is not its biggest problem. Its biggest problem is not the hardware problem, but the mismatch between the price and the overall situation. When you pay nearly 600 yuan for a product that costs 300 yuan, you will not be too satisfied with anything. I can only say that I will not come again next time.

It's a small room, ok for one person to live in. It's relatively close to the subway station and the planetarium, and the windows are open facing the corridor. When I first entered the room, there was a smell from the bathroom...! It took a long time to open the door and turn on the air conditioner before it dispersed. It was also very convenient to walk to the lake at night, and there were a lot of takeaways. However, on the morning of check-out, there was a smell in the corridor... I don't know where the toilet smell came from.

This hotel is perfect for a weekend stay in the city. It is close to many food options within walking distance. The hotel is nice and clean. The service is good, although the price doesn't include breakfast.

The air conditioning and hot water systems in the room worked well, providing a good accommodation environment. The hotel also provides a 24-hour self-service laundry and drying machine, which is free for guests. In terms of service, the front desk reception was warm and professional, and the check-in and check-out procedures were efficient. The hotel's service staff was friendly and responsive, and they were able to meet our needs in a timely manner. The hotel provides a rich variety of breakfasts, including a variety of Chinese and Western choices, with fresh ingredients and satisfactory taste. The restaurant environment is clean, the service staff has a good attitude, and the cleaning of the rooms and public areas is done very well. There is a special person responsible for cleaning every day, and the bed sheets and bath towels are replaced in time, and the bathroom is clean and odor-free. Considering the hotel's geographical location, room facilities and service level, I think the price is reasonable and cost-effective. Although the price has increased during the peak tourist season, considering the overall experience, it still feels good value for money.
