Room was pretty clean except for the floor. It hadn’t been swept or mopped. For breakfast they had a verity of foods but the food was cold.

We have stayed at the Vienna Hotel near Shanghai Pudong Airport twice now, and it has been a great experience both times. The shuttle bus service is efficient and reliable, making airport transfers hassle-free. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a restful stay before or after a flight.
The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. Breakfast is quite good, offering a nice selection of food to start the day. A luggage scale in the lobby is a great touch for weighing bags before heading to the airport.
The hotel also has a delivery robot that brings food and amenities directly to your room, which is a fun and convenient feature. Additionally, there are shops, restaurants, and a supermarket just a few minutes away, making it easy to grab essentials or a meal nearby.
On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable, making it a great value for an airport hotel. Whenever we fly from Shanghai, this will continue to be our go-to stay. Highly recommended!

I do like this hotel for my trips going abroad. Overall, good for its value. I do enjoy the bus service provided by the hotel to the airport. The only issue that I encountered in my most recent visit was with the breakfast. The food gets cold really quickly in the serving pans, which are mostly open and without a warmer. I think that if this service is improved, it would make such a difference. Hotel needs to invest in a set of food warmers. Thanks

The room is very clean with bright ceiling lights. Breakfast is delicious and full of different choices. Staff is very friendly. Very close to airport. The only caveat is I could smell cigarette smoke in the room.

I always trust Vienna Hotel. Like a default hotel whenever I visit China. And this Vienna Hotel Pudong Airport is located at an excellent location. There is a nice park just across the intersection. Lots of restaurants with delicious foods just across the street. I had a very pleasant stay.

Great location, free/convenient airport to hotel shuttle service, the front desk staff 向日葵🌻小姐姐are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean,quiet and comfortable. Great variety of the buffet breakfast. We were there the day before Christmas 🎄, my son had earlier Christmas 🍎 🎁 when we were checked in.
Our family were enjoyed our stay in the Pudong airport Vienna hotel very much 💕😄and we will definitely do it again.
