Xiaozhu Homestay (Laoximen Branch)

Excellent apartment, two bedrooms, large living room. Each room has air conditioning. Very bright. The location is just super! The metro is 10 minutes away, there are many cafes and shops around. Very nice area. All our questions were resolved very quickly by the hosts, they are always in touch. We would come here again to these apartments. Thank you! 🫰🏽

Facilities: There are no facilities, simple and ok. It is recommended to replace or throw away the carpet.  Cleanliness: There is basically no cleaning. After the last guest stayed, they just took out the trash and tidied the bedsheets. Environment: The community is relatively old, but the transportation is convenient. Service: They all responded, but they didn’t pay much attention to the requirements, mainly in terms of cleanliness. This is my first time staying in a B&B and I have to wipe things and mop the floor myself. This cleanliness problem is really unbearable.

If you are traveling with a large family and want to visit nearby places such as Yu Garden, Chenghuang Temple, the Bund, Nanjing Pedestrian Street, and Sinan Road, you can consider this hotel. After booking, there will be a dedicated person to contact you and provide all the information you need and guide you to check in. The accommodation arranged for us is very convenient for transportation. It is only a three-minute walk from the subway exit. It is in the community. When the security guard enters the community, he knows the room number as soon as he hears that it is a homestay. The most important thing is that a large family lives together. The area is very large, with a super large terrace, double bathrooms, and you can arrange the room freely. You can eat, drink tea and chat together. It's really good.

There is not even the most basic mineral water and toilet paper... I had to go to the toilet and buy paper on the spur of the moment, which is speechless

The room is nice. Anything needed was delivered immediately. It would be better if the carpet could be removed thoroughly. It would be very clean and hygienic.

The cleaning lady was very perfunctory in cleaning, the floor was mopped very carelessly, all the utensils were not disinfected, even the toilet and bathroom were not mopped. It was difficult to park downstairs, and I paid 30 yuan for parking in the community.
