Stayed here for one night after arriving in Shanghai at around 9pm, took a shuttle bus, very convenient, located at Arrival Hall Gate 3 which comes every 30minutes. Reservation was required though, but we managed to get one on the day itself through the helpful staff whom we communicated through WeChat. The journey to hotel was around 10 to 15mins bus ride. When we arrived, receptionist was very nice to offer us 4 sets of breakfast "goodie bag" which comes with some bread, milk and fruits. We booked 2 rooms, both economy king, and was given a side by side room. The hotel was very clean and had adequate amenities, and bright as well. There was also a "vending machine/fridge" with some basic food for late night hotel guests. The following morning, we then caught a 9am shuttle bus back to airport for our flight out Shanghai. Overall very good & convenient, good sleep as well for anyone transiting overnight.

This was a nice, clean hotel, not far from the airport. The staff was nice, and it was very easy to get a shuttle to and from the airport. It is right next to one of the Ramada hotels. Breakfast was good.

Very satisfactory accommodation experience, the front desk checked in quickly. After entering the room, the temperature didn't drop, so we quickly changed rooms. The hotel staff are very polite and greet everyone they see. Special praise to Arashi at the front desk for her enthusiasm and dedication in her work. Also, the lady at check-out was very quick and friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name. Having employees like them would make you want to stay again. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it tasted good.
The only complaint I want to make is that it's April and the air conditioner only has warm air, even though the room temperature is not low (I had to change rooms in the first room because it faced west and the air conditioner only had warm air). The next room I changed to also had only warm air, so I just turned it off. It is recommended to pay attention to the air conditioning problem. After all, it is a hotel near the airport and there should be many foreigners.
Also, I would like to commend the airport shuttle, which was very punctual.
