I recently had a stay at Starway hotel and it was a pleasant experience overall. The room provided was both spacious and immaculate, which is always a top priority for me. The front desk staff, especially the lady I interacted with, was cooperative and ensured a smooth check-in. A notable feature was the attached convenience shop, adding to the ease of access for any essentials.
However, the breakfast offerings could be improved. I found myself heading to a nearby shop for basics like corn, milk, and bread. Additionally, a small suggestion for the management would be to place the toothbrush and toothpaste in the washroom rather than the reception. This small gesture would enhance guest convenience.
Despite these minor areas for improvement, I'm overall very satisfied with my stay. I would rate it a 9/10 and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The stay was decent; I wasn't seeking luxury, just a comfortable place for a couple of nights. Unfortunately, the room had a strong cigarette odor and wasn't very clean, with used toilet paper and a dirty floor in the bathroom. On the bright side, the staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and efficient, facilitating my check-in within minutes, assisting with document printing, and even charging my scooter. They truly made the experience enjoyable. However, I would appreciate it if the rooms were cleaner and had a more pleasant scent.

for business traveler.. it's okay but the smell coming out from the septic tank is sadly nauseating. I had to buy an air freshener so I can use the bathroom.

This hotel isn’t clean. There was lots of mosquitoes and dust in the room and I couldn’t sleep for most of the night because of this.
