Friendly staff and excellent hotel. Exclusive design and good ammenties (pool and sport).
Breakfast typical Chinese, so don't expect a coffee service as in Western hotels in Shanghai. There is a Sam's club, convinient store and McDonaöds nearby - who needs it.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are very big and bathroom is excellent and good quality materials. Bathroom amenities a bit poor. We had not body cream. Plugs only in one bedside table but not the other one. Bed is confortable and tv has free movies. Only one restaurant available but the food is very good. Please try the fried tofu. Best I’ve ever have. Breakfast is ok. Just one coffee machine. Service could be better as it took too much time to have a table ready. Just one waiter to do everything.
