This hotel has complete room facilities. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean and tidy. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The bed in the king-size room is very comfortable to sleep on. The service attitude of the lady is good and the hotel offers free parking.

The hotel concealed information and deceived consumers! The hotel is under renovation, and there are various problems such as noise pollution and safety hazards, but it was not noted on Ctrip. When I arrived at the hotel to check in on the first night, it was already past 10 o'clock in the evening. There was no one at the front desk. I waited for a long time and a male receptionist came. Then I saw the front desk wrote: This store is under renovation, please understand. But the hotel booking page did not indicate it. A woman, it is impossible to leave and find a place elsewhere after 10 o'clock in the evening. I asked the male front desk if it would be noisy, and the male front desk said very confidently that it was just painting and there was no sound. I asked him if there would be a smell of paint in the room, and he answered affirmatively that it would be fine if the window was not opened. I reluctantly checked in. 2. There are 4-5 steps from the hotel lobby to the elevator room. It is very inconvenient to take the suitcase and you need to lift it up by yourself. 3. I left at 7 am on the second day and returned to the hotel with my luggage at noon. The first thing that made me unhappy was that I booked for three nights, but the male receptionist who finally came last night only swiped my room card for one night, which resulted in me going up to the fifth floor but unable to open the door. I had to go downstairs with my luggage to swipe the card and go up again. They were not serious about their work, which brought inconvenience to customers. In addition, the light control was broken. 4. I finally entered the room at noon on the second day. The noise of the renovation continued until the evening, with the sound of electric drills and workers chatting. I couldn't rest at noon. The most terrifying thing was that, let alone opening the window, the two layers of curtains had to be closed tightly, because there was a worker on the scaffolding outside the window on the fifth floor, and he could see the inside of the room from the outside. So even though it was daytime, the whole room was a dark room behind the two layers of curtains, which was no different from a room without windows. When I went out for dinner at night, I found that the workers who got off work were staying in the hotel, which made people worry about the safety and hygiene of the hotel. (Although there was no prejudice against the profession, a lady still had concerns) In addition, after cleaning the room, only the old garbage bags were taken away, and no new ones were given? Then even if the cleaning is over. The projection can only watch the original movies, not the live TV. 5. I thought it was just an occasional noise yesterday (because the male receptionist repeatedly emphasized that it would not affect the guests), but on the third day, they were drilling the outer wall all day, and there were crowds outside the window. I called the front desk, and the male receptionist said, it's okay, their workers will be off work soon. I'll go, for you, it's okay. For me, it's noisy and I feel like I'm being spied on. But since it's the last day and I have a lot of luggage, I can't change places. (If it is specified when booking, I will never stay in a hotel under renovation) 6. In addition, I ordered takeout on the second day. The takeout arrived downstairs. I asked him to put it at the front desk first, and I would go down immediately. As a result, when I went down, I saw the takeaway man begging the two female receptionists to put my takeout. They didn't let me put the takeout. Now other hotels are delivered by robots or waiters, but this hotel doesn't even let me put it. Of course, they can't have robots because robots can't go up the stairs and can't get into the elevator. At present, I have complained to Ctrip, asking Ctrip to indicate that the hotel is under renovation and will last until December. Ctrip's service is still good. I can't say anything about the hotel. (Although I didn't ask, Ctrip took the initiative to negotiate with the hotel to compensate me. The hotel responded that it could not compensate me and gave me a breakfast. I went, do I need your cheap breakfast? I will definitely not go, and I will definitely complain, and I will definitely reflect the real situation, hoping that other guests will not fall into the trap) PS: After many years of business travel, this is the worst hotel stay.
