房間的設施一般，但老闆非常熱情。位置離海邊已經非常近了。門口的奉炮公路海灣鎮，都是小飯館，價格都不貴。

房間衞生衞生間衞生打掃的挺乾淨，床單被套挺乾淨，床墊和枕頭睡的很舒服，出去吃飯買東西都挺方便對面就是超市 左邊右邊都是飯店，總體評價還不錯！

設施：房間有點小，無紗窗。
衞生：床單乾淨，床墊軟硬適中，睡覺舒服。清理垃圾、整理床鋪要及時。
環境：大學附近，離杭州灣近，乘車購物較方便，安靜。
服務：有待進一步提高。

房間的衞生和環境挺好的，設施上電視機有點老舊。整體就是隔音不太好，但是酒店也不在馬路邊，所以睡覺影響不大。總體還是不錯的
