This time, I arrived at the Shama Hotel in Shanghai, where the front desk staff, Angel Zhu, provided exceptionally attentive service. Whether it was the arrangement of the room or the introduction to the surrounding environment, she made me feel thoroughly valued. She swiftly completed the check-in process for me and escorted me to my room. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai. The room was spacious and bright, with a decor that elegantly blended modern style with the charm of old Shanghai. The interior was meticulously arranged. Looking out from the window, whether it was the bustling traffic during the day or the dazzling lights at night, I was utterly enchanted. The gym also allowed me to maintain a healthy lifestyle and enjoy relaxation. If you have the chance to visit Shanghai, don’t miss out on this experience. I believe it will offer you a uniquely memorable stay.

Luxury experience, home away from home - an unforgettable hotel
As a foreign tourist, I am very satisfied with the service and facilities of this hotel. The hotel is strategically located, convenient transportation, and surrounded by abundant food and shopping places. The rooms are spacious and bright, tastefully decorated, and the beds are comfortable for a good night's sleep. What impressed me most was the service of the hotel staff. Mathys and Eden were warm and thoughtful and patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel the warmth of home. In addition, the hotel's Chinese and Western breakfast is also memorable. All in all, this experience made me feel very much at home, and I will choose this hotel again next time I come to China!

Located in a business area, pretty quiet at night and on the weekend. A few coffee shops nearby, metro station is close.

Fantastic views from the room, comfortable beds and a great apartment overall. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in China. The staff were fantastic and helped us with an issue.

Excellent location, at the distance from the central area, but metro few steps from the entrance. Line 2 (which goes through all major locations and airport) is either by Didi / 1 change/ on foot.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, daily cleaning, smooth check in by friendly Henry. Receptionists don’t speak English, but doesn’t cause any problems as they have a magical digital translator with very accurate translation.
