During our stay at the Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong, we were pleased with the location and service but found the cleanliness disappointing. The hotel’s location is outstanding, with convenient access to major attractions and transportation hubs, making it a perfect base for exploring Shanghai. The service was equally impressive; staff members were attentive, friendly, and quick to assist with our requests.
However, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas left much to be desired. The room we stayed in was not adequately cleaned, with noticeable dust and stains, which detracted from the overall experience. While the amenities were average, they did not quite meet the standards expected from a Holiday Inn, and there’s room for improvement in this area.
Despite these issues, the staff’s dedication and the excellent location somewhat redeemed our stay. We hope management addresses the cleanliness concerns to enhance future guests’ experiences.

Surely the hotel is one of the affordable in term of price, location and amenities. Not too far from pudong airport and from hotel to the bund not more than 20 mins.

Fantastic stay here. Nearby got seven 11, 2 family marts and many local restaurants nearby. Shanghai 1192 is just nearby shopping mall can be reach by 15 mins walk. Good spots for photoshoot.

I stayed here when I attended Oktoberfest. The rooms were great, and the staff was friendly. Definitely get the breakfast. The buffet is is amazing.
